Third-Party Reproduction Program
The Fertility Centers of Illinois’ Third-Party Reproduction Program was designed specifically for patients using egg donation, sperm donation, embryo donation, or utilizing a gestational carrier (surrogate) to build their family.
You have options.
At the Fertility Centers of Illinois our goal is to make it as easy as possible for men, women, and couples to realize their dream of having a baby. For individuals and couples who require the use of egg donation, sperm donation, embryo donation, or a gestational carrier (surrogate) to conceive, our dedicated third-party reproductive team is here to help. Our team will provide and coordinate all the services you will need, including medical, emotional, legal, and financial guidance.
Your dedicated team of experts will work with you every step along the way, ensuring that you receive the best possible care and support. We’ll help streamline your journey from start to finish to ensure that every detail is managed effectively, and with ease.
Third-party reproduction services
Egg Donation
We offer donor egg services through our own proprietary Donor Program and through Donor Egg Bank USA. FCI offers an in-house donor registry of medically and psychologically pre-screened egg donor candidates. Our easy-to-use, secure online database allows you to search through the donor profiles for specific criteria such as ethnicity, education, or physical appearance.
Embryo Donation
Embryo donation is a relatively new way to build a family and has helped many people become parents. If you’re hoping to become a parent, you can opt to receive embryos donated by another family who wants to help other prospective parents realize their dreams.
Sperm Donation
We provide all the tools you need to select and build your family using sperm
donation. You may choose donor sperm through a licensed cryobank or from a known donor. We work closely with several accredited sperm banks, most of which will allow you to browse or search donors by their physical characteristics, ethnicity, and educational background.
Gestational Carrier
We provide you with comprehensive guidance and services for your surrogacy (gestational carrier) treatment. You may already have a gestational carrier in mind that you’d like to use for your treatment, or you can choose one with the help of a surrogacy agency. We will provide you thoughtful guidance and compassionate support throughout your journey to becoming a parent.
We’re always by your side.
At Fertility Centers of Illinois, overall wellness, safety, and treatment success of our prospective parents, donors, and gestational carriers is our number one priority. Our Center for Collaborative Reproduction is staffed by an experienced, dedicated team of experts that will guide you through your entire journey to building your family.
We’re proud to provide compassionate medical and emotional guidance and will work closely with our physicians, behavioral health specialists, and our team to maximize your chances for success and ensure that you feel supported, informed, and excited along this important journey.
Working with Our Team
We are invested to make every effort to accommodate third-party candidates and prospective parents throughout their journey. Typically, egg donors continue care at one of our centers, even after their egg retrieval, to ensure their health is optimal and to allow future recipients an opportunity to have the most updated and screened donor candidate. We understand that each donor match is unique. Therefore, case by case, our specialists will make every effort to accommodate the intended parent’s requests.
