What does yoga have to do with your hormones? A bunch! Each of the poses, particular sounds, the way we breathe, and the general stress reduction that yoga has to offer has an impact on our hormones (endocrine system) in your body. In this 75 minute class, we will discuss and practice techniques that can help assist in balancing your hormones and help to address common symptoms of hormone imbalance.
