Original Update: July 18th, 2016

We are posting with an update regarding recent changes at Fertility Centers of Illinois. As a result of the recent departure of Dr. Angeline Beltsos and Dr. Eve Feinberg, we have adjusted physician locations and schedules and made changes to our current office locations. When making these changes, we carefully considered how to accommodate your needs and cause as little disruption as possible.

We understand these changes are difficult and inconvenient. Please be assured that your care and course of treatment will not be impacted. We know you have questions about the recent changes at Fertility Centers of Illinois and we encourage you to call your home office location (numbers listed here) with any questions and concerns.

During these changes our world-class team of physicians and nurses will continue to provide you with high quality care, including the compassion and support you have grown to expect.

Physicians With New Office Locations:

  • Dr. Allison Rodgers will continue to see patients at our Buffalo Grove clinic. She will no longer schedule patient consults at our Crystal Lake and Lindenhurst clinics but now has office hours at our Highland Park clinic.
