I LOVED working with this clinic. They are considerate, competent, and efficient. They respond to changes well and are very adaptive to requests. I have donated multiple times and this was my favorite clinic by FAR to work with.

The Donation Process
Egg donation is a low-risk procedure. The cycle, from your start date to egg retrieval, takes an average of two to three months to complete. In order to make your follicles (eggs) grow, you will need to take a daily injectable fertility medication for about 10 to 14 days to assist your body in developing eggs for the egg retrieval. During this time, you will complete roughly six to nine quick blood/ultrasound monitoring appointments in the morning, to monitor your progress.
The egg retrieval itself takes approximately 20 minutes. Egg donors are sedated throughout the procedure. After completing the egg retrieval, you will need to rest for the remainder of the day. Afterward, you may also experience short-term fatigue, nausea, vomiting, or sleepiness. We require that a friend or family member pick you up following this procedure and recommend 24 hours of rest.
